c) No Guarantee of Accuracy: The AI Assistant operates with artificial intelligence technology, and its responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The Company makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the responses generated by the AI Assistant. For precise and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting the Company directly.

d) Third-Party Data Processing: The text and questions entered while using the AI Assistant are transmitted to OpenAI servers for the purpose of generating responses. By using the AI Assistant, Users are deemed to have accepted this data transfer. We recommend that you do not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information through the AI Assistant.

e) Limitation of Liability: The Company cannot be held liable in any way for decisions made, actions taken, or damages incurred based on the responses provided by the AI Assistant.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (including but not limited to texts, images, logos, designs, software, audio and video files, graphics, and other materials) is subject to the intellectual property rights of the Company or its licensors.
