Ebru ERTEN KOÇ

Ebru Erten Koç is a management consultant who has accompanied organizations on their transformation journeys in the areas of strategy, organization, and leadership for over 10 years. The "team and executive management" experience she gained throughout her 16-year corporate career deepened her interest in people and behavior, giving her career a new direction that led her to join UFUKKOÇ.

She has built her management consulting career around the development of the right behaviors within a sound organizational system. Drawing on her academic background in Organizational Psychology, she has contributed across a wide range of sectors to the development of values, culture, competencies, and behaviors that enable organizations to reach their vision for the future.

At the heart of her consulting approach is the conviction that "it is the employees of an organization who drive transformation." Starting from this premise, she focuses on impacting individuals within organizations through coaching, group coaching, and various behavioral development programs. She actively designs and implements programs aimed at aligning different employee groups at various levels around a shared culture. In the organizations she serves, she takes on the role not of a consultant, but of a committed team player dedicated to the intended transformation and development journey.
